I was bored at work today so I decided to clean out all the ammo that was rolling around or stuffed under the seats to see what I had. This is what I found:

62 rounds 12 guage birdshot
86 rounds 12 guage buckshot and slugs
90 rounds of .223
250 rounds of 9mm
230 rounds of .45 (10 of which were in a magazine that I thought I lost)
600 rounds of .22lr

I had an idea that some of this was in there, but I didn't think it would be that much.

For those of you thinking that this doesn't sound like much, this is only what I didn't know about. Amounts known are as follows:

70 rounds 12 guage buckshot and slugs for truck gun
100 rounds of 7.62x54R for truck gun
120 rounds of .357 for truck gun
750 rounds of .22lr for truck gun
300 rounds of .223 (just in case)

The shotgun, rifle and .22 ride in the tool box and the .357 under the seat.

Anyway, I think I am going to go shoot some of the extra stuff next weekend.

I imagine the police would have a fun time writing you expensive tickets in Illinois with all of that ammo rolling around.

You can't even possess a loaded gun can you?

Can I have the loose change I find in your sofa? There might be a hundred bucks in there if it's anything like your truck.

I'm pretty sure I don't have a single round in my vehicles unless I'm going to the range.

I know that feeling. I always keep a few dollars tucked away in my truck. I throw my loose change and dollars in the console when I hit a drive thru. When I cleaned it out I counted it up and I had $96.

As I frequently drive in Wash. DC and work on a Military installation, I always make sure there isn't even an empty piece of brass in my vehicles.

Have you noticed an increase in fuel milage?
