I can't believe that nobody has seemed to post about this new rifle from Colt? Or is it just a Colt Branded CZ600? There are plenty of press releases about it, but I couldn't find anyone who has touched one. I know it's probably not close to its release date, I did think that they would have gotten one into the hands of a reviewer.

CZ now owns Colt, and all it's trademarks. Seems entirely logical to brand some CZ products with the Colt logo. If only to better sell them in whatever remains of the Colt dealer network.

I'd be willing to wager CZ intended to sell some portion of their products under the Colt name and that being a consequence of buying the company.

Now I was thinking that they would more likely offer Dimarco AR pattern rifles, first, what with the Canadian domestic market's door being slammed shut. (Dimarco, aka "Colt Canada," has a number of large international military contracts.)

Looks like a slightly reworked CZ 600. Here is the back of my 600 Alpha in .308 in a similar "pose".

This is what it did for me at 100 yards yesterday with bipod, on the bench. SIG WHISKEY 3 scope, 3-9x50mm. Limb Saver true Track bipod.

For most internet shooters, this is probably horrific, but for me I think it's a good start. It has been a LOOONG time since I tried any "precision" work with a bolt action rifle and good glass.
