Companies with good or bad customer service?

I don't have any horror stories but I did have to argue with Springfield Armory about my 1911 repair a little bit. I had to send a gun back to the S&W factory for service, after their authorized service center didn't do a satisfactory job on a revolver.

Fortunately, I haven't had any other guns that needed to be sent in for work. Kahr was nice and mailed me some new grip screws for free when I lost one. Hogue was great and sent me a new grip when the seam of one split apart. Ruger seems to have the quickest response time for answering just general questions or correspondence.

I just broke the second plastic latch on my Dillon brass seperator.A simple phone call had two new ones on the way.I offered to pay,and was told no.Thanks,Dillon. Lightman

Dillion is the best ever FN took four months to fix my brand new shot gun.

Companies with bad customer service haven't learned the basic aphorism of sales.......Salesmanship/advertising gets the customers; service keeps them ! Looked at in a cost/benefit ratio its far cheaper to keep the customer you have than to find a new one ! >MW
