You really have to appreciate the story to appreciate the series, and you can't get that from one episode. Its certainly no blockbuster, but seen as a whole, the story and attention to detail with the guns makes it worth watching.

Although there was a .50 BMG in the movie (briefly, in the begining, when he shot down the enemy chopper) I believe you're referring to the .408 Chey Tac.
