I was offered a similar deal a couple years ago -- my custom 10/22 LTR (tech sights, volquartsen target hammer and auto bolt release, GI web sling) for a CZ-452 Lux. I took it, and couldn't be happier. I hit human head-sized targets out to 200 yards with iron sights with that CZ. It is good for squirrel head shots to as far away as I can see their head. It is a beautiful thing. And with subsonics out of that long barrel, it is practically like shooting a suppressed rifle. It is just the ticket for discreet game-getting, and it is built solid enough to last multiple lifetimes.
