I think one main reason why the CZ 457 MTR is so dang accurate is how the ammunition is chambered:
While the bolt does turn down with a bit of pressure, the bullets are engraved by the leade on the first driving band. That does create a bit more pressure, but it also increases the velocity a tad bit more.
