Olympus;

I sincerely hope the 25 foot pounds of torque on the action screws was a typo on your part. If not, I also sincerely hope you didn't start to pull the threads in the action. That level of stress is waay over what's needed to do the job. I'd call CZ-USA and find out what torque level they recommend, but I'll bet dollars to dead rats it's less than what you've got that cinched down to.

Olympus, nice looking rifle. I have the same with wood and the varmint barrel. I agree, the set trigger is great, but I wish it was easer to 'set' it. The regular trigger is good too, but like you say, not as crisp. Thanks for posting.

Must be in/lbs them. I use a Wheeler Fat Wrench and it doesn't have the units marked.

Don't be too discouraged if it doesn't shoot record class groups at first. For whatever reason, both of mine have taken maybe fifty rounds to get settled in. My .204.was absolutely awful at first. As in maybe 4-5" groups. All of a sudden it fell into place.

I understand. I had a CZ 455 that needed close to 500 rounds before it started performing like it should. I'll use the cheap ammo to start breaking it in before I start working up some reloads.
