I sincerely hope the 25 foot pounds of torque on the action screws was a typo on your part. If not, I also sincerely hope you didn't start to pull the threads in the action. That level of stress is waay over what's needed to do the job. I'd call CZ-USA and find out what torque level they recommend, but I'll bet dollars to dead rats it's less than what you've got that cinched down to.
