If you're smart you'll quite while you still have a gun and your hand left. Just because it didn't blow up YET there's a possibility that each shot is causing fractures in the barrel metal which will lead to a nasty and dramatic failure in the near future. Unless you're planning on getting the barrel NDT'd after each range session it would be the smart thing to stop now while you're ahead of the game.
