I am curious..... without money or anything else holding you back, what is your dream gun. I have thought over this many times, but can never really come to a strong conclusion.. it is always... "well.. this, but then there is that... "

so what do ya'll think?

can be modified or straight from the manufacturer...
 
Rifel: M21 with a big ol nikon on it
Pistol: one of those high end CZ target pistols...

pretty realistic but I've also always wanted a 25/30mm chain gun of some sort...... mounted on my truck.

At this exact precise moment, my dream gun is a shiny Mosin Nagant M44 :)
It shall become a reality in April as soon as AIM gets some in!
 
My dream gun would either be an anzio mag fed 20mm rifle, or a M61 vulcan mounted in the back of an armored humvee.

Im always jumping from gun to gun but right now its a VSS or maybe a MP446 Viking. They're nothing amazing but its what is in my mind right now.

Big Daddy Grim's idea is good too.:D
 
i dream small but frequent... lol, so last week it was saiga 7.62... now i have one.. and im dreaming about a nef/interstate/norinco pump gun...
 
Ha... that would be the perfect accessory for any truck... forget dream gun.. that package constitutes my dream vehicle...

I have a norinco 97... second generation I think... not really sure, but I absolutely think it is the most badass shotgun design ever.. I love the idea of a hammer on a pump shotgun.. all the strengths of a break-over with the capacity of a pump... I will say the action can take a bite out of your thumb if you arent careful though.. (experience talking...)

I would want a shotgun first and foremost: a nice little Mossberg 590A1.
Then.. a rifle: Springfield Armory M1A, I'd be happy with any, but if forced to pick, I'd go with the M21 Tactical.
For a pistol... A Colt Python.

I guess since throttlejockey took the sea wiz already I will go with a 470 nitro express rigby double. Even if the rifle was free I still can't afford to take it any place on earth that I would really need a 470 double but it would be fun to drag out at the range once and a while. :)

30mag,Colt python is just another on my long list of must haves....well..it's more of a book than a list :banghead:
 
I can honestly say I have never thought of a .470 double rifle...

for when you absolutely, positively, have to kill an elephant.

I would make a fortune with that gun at the range.. "bet you an even 100 that you cannot shoot this gun twice without flinching.... "
