I was looking into the fix power 2.5x28 Leupold a while back and I liked everything about it, except the eye piece is made as one piece with the scope tube. This means if you have eyes that require a scope with an adjustable reticle focus, then the fixed power Leupold isn't the answer.
So, I got a Burris fixed power. The lens coatings are purple which is kinda strange and cool at the same time, but it reduces glare nicely. Not sure if the glare reduction is because of the purple or Burris just chose purple as a "brand" color.
