With one Dan Wesson Pistol Pack in the safe, There's four guns with the same trigger. How can I go wrong?
I truly love my 4" Colt Diamondback. I also have three Colt Cobra's that are a pleasure to shoot.
Then there's the Ruger revolvers. ssRH, SBH Bisley, ssSP101.
I like my Ruger SS MKII's too. I shoot them every week.
And my Colt 1911's go without saying.
The one I intend on putting the most rounds through in the near future?
Kimber Stainless II.
The one I shoot the least? (It's my truck gun)
Ruger P85 9mm.

i am completely infatuated with Ruger MK II 22/45's, i own three of them:
for hunting when i dont want to lug around a rifle, and two of these:
one has the original adjustable sights, the other, no pics yet, has the front sight removed and a Tasco Propoint PDP2 red dot on it.
also have a ruger single six .22 LR and an old Ruger standard pistol from the 1960's. -Eric

The only gun that i have more than one example of is the S&W N-frame, so that must be my favorite.
I'm with Depicts......
I love them all, but as far as which I shoot the most (that's a qualifier, huh?), it would be my SA 1911s. I have two and they get equal time at the range.
They may fall out of favor though.....I just received my new CZ 75B in .40 SW and I believe after handling it (haven't had it to the range yet), the 1911s may become step children.....
