Federal 150gr .308 Win military ammo: Steel?

Does Federal 150gr .308 Win ammo, supposedly the 'same rounds used by the military' contain steel? It is for sale on Natchez.

All my ranges are in the Angeles Nat Forest and due to fire danger, prohibit steel, and they check with magnets. Stocked up on S&B and turns out that contained steel =(
