Had a Kimber Pro Carry II in stainless and loved it. Most accurate pistol I owned in the 1911 configuration. Like a dummy, I traded it for a motorcycle back in 2011, which I never rode. Eventually sold the bike and never replaced the pistol.

That is, until last week. Found a like new Pro Carry II in blue for $575 so I snatched it up. Should sign it over on Monday so I've finally gotten one back I've missed for many years.

So not only has the G19 come full circle, so does the Kimber. The only other one I let get away is a 2" S&W 686.

Moral of the story, if you love it, don't let it go!

I had a Raptor carry, that someone gave me in exchange for a Ruger 77 stainless in 30-06. I guess that guy really liked that rifle. It was a great pistol, but it was meant to be carried, and I don't carry expensive guns like that. I traded it to another guy and got a FN PS-90 carbine, NIB. Guess that guy really liked that pistol.

I have a Pro Carry II, amazing gun in my opinion. I know they don't make them anymore, so mine will be staying.

I agree! A couple of years ago I sold my Glock 34 Gen 3. I loved that gun but I sold it to fund the purchase of a S&W revolver. I wish I wouldn’t have done that, but I have decided I am going to replace it soon.

Glad you found your replacement Kimber.

I traded off a S&W Model 27-2 revolver years ago, I bought it when they were cheap, and then I waited until they became crazy expensive to try to buy a direct replacement, including one of the new classic series models. I did pick up a nice 627 along the way but I wish I still had that M-27!

I'm sure I let some go that I later may have later regretted. I have a couple now I don't think I will ever let go especially my Tanfoglio Witness Elite Match in 40 S&W. Its the only .40 cal pistol I have left. Moved mostly to 9mm. Another one I don't think I will let go is my CZ Shadow 2 that I converted to SA. I also have a Ruger Mk III hunter that I'm very fond of.

And she shoots rather well with 230 gr FMJ and HP-38.
