We have been using winchester long beard 4shot.

Turkey guns have a full turkey choke. The tighter the pattern the farther you can shoot.

You gotta pattern your gun and see how it hits.

To be honest, we dont put a lot into it. Set up a turkey target at 30 yds and see how your pattern is and adjust your aim from that. I've never had to mess with any of our guns. The loads we bought shot great.

Getting into calling.. now thats the fun part.

At thirty yards huh, I’ll have to try that out. We have a lot of Turkeys around the Cabin . In fact they are everywhere...

Shoot one, and see how quick the put turkey season on their calendars lol. Last one I took was a few years ago, dont need the feathers for arrows anymore.

I love turkey hunting. I haven't shot one in a long time I just usually call for my daughter. We're both hunting this year though. I found a recipe that I like.
