1/2-28 UNEF is the US standard for barrel threads on nearly all .22 caliber rifles, whether .22 LR or .223/5.56. You'll typically find shorter tenons on rimfires than centerfire, and some are not undercut at the rear, which can cause seating issues with muzzle devices or cans that aren't counterbored, but that just becomes a matter of spacing/shimming to mitigate.
In short, yes, pretty much any muzzle device meant for .223/5.56 rifles will install on your barrel.
When it comes to suppressors, do understand that rimfire and centerfire rifle cans are very different.
