AR lower with Razorback belt feed upper in .22LR, and 500 round belts. Tough on armadillos and possums.

Also 1919A4 BMG .30 cal. on a tripod. Also 1921 Colt Thompson SMG although I don't shoot this one much.

PTK, I don't even wanna THINK about blazin' away with that cut-down mosin-nagant...

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! I know what the recoil is with my M-44 and heavy ball 7.62x54 ammo

Geez which one??

Got so many, really don't know. I really like .22 so I guess I'll say my custom 10/22 is my favorite. Also my Ruger Mark II is neat. Shooting the 1911 once and a while is a blast but $$$. The Carcano has a differnent kind of muzzle blast and one hell of a fireball, so does the Springfield Garand. Oh and that old Ruger carbine in 44 mag, that will be coming from my dad pretty soon. I remember he bought it new in the box for $99! Can't forget the Iver Johnson mod X, that;s great for in the shop or out the back door with cb ammo. Really takes care of them pesky blackbirds. And as a side note, I just finished a backstop (still can smell the welding) made it out of 1/4" diamond plate steel, 3x3. Made it at work so it was free! Gotta go, I'll pick up some paint after I make the bank deposit LOL!!!

LONG.....My .36 flint SMR & Win M94 Trapper in .45 Colt. PICT0377.jpg

SHORT....Walther PPKS .22LR, Colt .38spl Diamondback, Colt Sport Target .22LR, S&W .38spl M15, Ruger three-screw 4.5" .45 Colt BH.

Another one for the .22RF - my Armscor MAK-22 (the one that looks a bit like an AK-47) - have two 25 round mags for it and set up 30 steel plates last weekend - knock 'em down against the clock! :D

PTK, will you marry me!

seriously though, fantastic collection. Love the sawed off mosin nagant. is it even remotely accurate? and is it legal?

All my guns are fun, but I used to have a norinco SKS with removable mags (which I really regret selling) which was so much fun to plink with. I also used to love shooting my buddies sawed off 12 gauge pump.

Post #13 by PTK with caption "'Nuf said".

That's about $2,600 in NFA taxes if I count correctly. (TC with shoulderstock and silencer should be two tax stamps.) I could adopt 52 pawnshop orphan .22s for that. Color me green with envy. :D

(And for those who cringe at the thought of touching off that Mosin-Nagant "pistol": the partisan guerillas who used those, used cartridges with about half the standard powder charge.)

Model 12 A Remington .22 rimfire pump rifle, will shoot and .22 CB's, S,L, or LR, you can shoot the CB's or Shorts in your back yard without disturbing the neighbors, any tin can within 50 yds. ain't safe, makes you feel like a kid at the carnival all over again!:D

I didn't cringe when I saw the nagant, my pants got tighter :D I love nagants. I thought he just sawed it off like that, didn't realize they made them like that.

.44 magnum lever action rifle, .44 magnum revolver, .44 black powder revolver replica... I think I'm beginning to see a pattern. :)

All of them.
The most fun are the two Enfield Jungle Carbines: handiness, some power and history (possibly Burma '45 and Malaysia '56) and very unique looks.

Some of these reasons are why I now want a Spanish FR8 ('.308') Mauser, FTF only, maybe trade my Yugo Mauser for a good one.

woad yurt: I recently paid $75 for a really old Marlin 60 and it misfed almost each round. Just wanted a (first) semi-auto .22.
After spending $45 at the very experienced gunsmith (two new parts), it now only misfeeds every 4-7 rounds. I envy you guys with the reliable Marlins.

It is so frustrating:( trying to stick a fresh round into that tight action, unlike an open bolt-action, that I gave up and won't touch it.

My most fun is probably my cz452. After that, probably my SIG 556.

I enjoy all of my handguns, but those are my SD/HD guns, and practicing with those is a little different mindset. Well, then there's the Neos, which is great to shoot.

My Mosin is fun, but with half a rib missing on my shooting shoulder, the recoil gets old fast.

I saw the 'pistoled' one PTK posted. A full charged 7.62x54 would likely be not much fun to shoot more than once or twice. I can see the benefit of only using a half charge on those.

My S&W M 27 6" it was always to long and heavy to carry much, now it's to long to heavy and worth to much money. But that is the one firearm I will never get rid of. The preWar S&W .357 R/M's and the post war N frame variants are the finest production revolvers ever produced.

SKS and Mini-14. Both of these are pure fun to blast away with at the range, the SKS is purely a range blaster. If I go down prone with a rest, my Mini will actually print 2 to 2.5" (5) shot groups, which ain't bad for a Mini!:)

the chopped down Mosin Nagant is historically called an Obrez. I've never fired one, but if I can find a dirt cheap Mosin I'd chop it down. They are perfectly legal, and IIRC only needs to be registered as a handgun. Although, it may need and NFA stamp as a SBR.

All my guns are fun. Right now though, I'm loving my Hi-Point 995TS carbine.
