What is your most fun gun?

Lately, it is my 1953 Hungarian M44. I bought it in a Bubba'd up Russian stock, it was too good of a deal to pass up. The stock was all wrong but it was basically a new gun as far as the action. I just horse traded for a proper Hungarian 02 stock and took it out and it actually improved from a 4 MOA to a 3 MOA rifle in the new stock. The bolt and trigger are incredibly smooth for a Mosin, almost like an Enfield, I bet the trigger is only about 4lbs. Great gun, and I love shooting .18 per round decent sized ammo.

Before that, it was this 1952 Model 1894 Winchester I bought in Arizona. It's just a pleasure to shoot and I love .30-30 and lever guns.

For me, it's all about wood, steel, history and those are what make these old rifles fun to shoot. They always bring a smile to my face.

The most fun guns I've shot had to be the FA Subguns. Grease Gun, and PPSH at the top of the list. Unfortunately they are not mine.

The most fun guns I have would be my Grendel P30 .22 magnum 30 shot pistol, .357 magnum S&W models 60 and 66, and my .45 ACP cal carbines that take grease gun mags.

All of my 1911's and my Coonan .357 Mag. 5"....I have the 4" and haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but man I can't wait and I'm sure it will be added to the list.

HiPoint JHP 45.

Treat it like a rental car, it's very accurate, and doesn't jam on the sea of garbage reloads I inherited so it shoots for free.

So hard! I really like shooting my little Henry H001 lever .22, but also the little Rossi 62A pump .22. But then again, I love shooting the old Heritage Rough Rider .22LR and sometimes the .22 mag.
Oh! The most fun gun? The little PPK/S Walther .22lr! Hands down, the most fun gun I've ever had.

Another chime for a 22, the S&W 2206 6" is quite fun. The S&W 686 that has been lightly worked over and Magna Ported is another.

Usually the latest acquisition. At the moment, a Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk 10.5" in 44 mag. Lighthearted fun with 44 specials, serious fun with full-house magnums.

Most fun for me to shoot are my pistol-caliber leverguns, the latest of which is a fantastic Browning '92 in .44 mag. Surprisingly soft-shooting (using Federal 240 gr lead softpoints), extremely accurate offhand and the round hits the target with astonishing energy.

I like them all for different reasons but for rifles/ carbines its hard to pick between the AR and the AK. I don't do mag dumps but I do like getting them hot enough that the oil starts to cook and when you set them down clouds of smoke rise from the barrel.

Pistols? Another toss up between the AR and the 22/45 target with every trick in the book. The AR for the same reason as above. The 22/45 because it runs like a champ. It's a steel shooting, plate slappin, match winning race horse that will eat up any ammo you give it. This gun goes to the range nearly every week and I know it inside and out.

Hi...

Most fun to shoot is my S&W 686 Silhouette in.357Mag.
Makes me look like an expert shot with a handgun.
Second would be my Lipsey's Ruger Flat top in .44Special.
Third would be my Dan Wesson .22LR revolver. Had it about a year and it just continues to impress me.

Really tough to pin down. Right now Im on a pistol kick and recently started reloading, so have been putting a lot through the 686. On the other hand, its tough to beat the giggle factor of the buckmark with a red dot sight for putting rounds on steel in a hurry.

Crossman/Benjamin Discovery .22 Caliber PCP air rifle. Dual barrel band, TKO brake, TF scope with mil-dots. Shoots about an inch group at 70 yards with JSB Jumbo Diablos 18.1 grain dome pellets.

My Iver Johnson .22 lever gun. It is one of my first guns, early 1980's. It almost always goes with me when I shoot. Very accurate and will hold 20 .22 shorts and is so quite I don't need ear protection. Super fun!!!

I thought hard about this and realized that I have too many guns! There are guns I haven't shot in years. Now I have to make time and shoot some of them. Anyhoo, I have a Thompson Arms mil style Tommy gun. Not full auto, but so much fun to shoot! .45 acp coming out of a 12lb gun is like a puff of air on your shoulder.

Day in, day out, it'd probably be one of the CZ 452 rimfires. They are accurate, feel good in hand, fit like a glove, and satisfying every time I pull the trigger or cycle the action. A joy to shoot and I never get tired of firing ‘em. Probably the Trainer in .22 LR and the Lux in .22 WMR would be the last ones to go if I had to make that decision.

For pure plinking fun,,,

For pure plinking fun,,,
It would have to be my Beretta NEOS Carbine.

With the optic it's minute of soup can at 100 yards,,,
The dang thing doesn't ever jam up,,,
And it's way cool looking.

It brings out my inner James Bond,,,
Or my inner Flash Gordon,,,
I can never decide.

EIther of my .22 rifles, though the Western Field (Mossberg 42) would be funner if I had a magazine for it. My son has lost three of them, and has yet to replace one. The Remington 552 brings me back to my youth; grew up shooting the pump (572), and it reminds me of the gallery guns at the State Fair when I was a kid.:)

My sp101 with 140 gr xtp under h110. I'd shoot that all day long.

Second is a Velocity Arms VMAC 9 carbine with a old cobray stock. Fantastic carbine and it's really fun to shoot . Has that supposed evil look but makes new shooters look like pro's.
