Glock 19 MOS Mounting Plate

I finally purchased a Trijicon RMR for my Glock 19 MOS. What is everyone using to mount their optic? Should I go with the Glock mounting plate that comes with the gun or is an aftermarket mounting plate like the C&H Precision Weapons better?

The Glock plate is garbage and will eventually crack. Buy a correctly built steel one elsewhere. Check Sage Dynamics for details.
