I Didn't see this posted yet so thought I would post it up....

GLOCK, Inc. is voluntarily replacing the recoil spring assembly (RSA) on its new Gen4 pistols, with the exception of G26 and G27, to ensure all Gen4s perform up to GLOCK demanding specficiations. Click http://www.teamglock.com/customer-service/recoil-spring-exchange for more information.

OK, I just got off the phone with Glock.
Hold time was about 6 minutes
New RSA will arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.
All they ask is return your old RSA in the postage paid envelope.
