Big 'uns....;)

Which one do you think is heavier?
View attachment 788677

So, the answer to the trivia question is:

1847 Walker: 4.54lbs but the recoil shield was ground out for cartridge breach loading so it's probably slightly heavier unloaded (had the percussion cylinder in for the photo)

Desert Eagle : 4.56lbs but if loaded with .50 AE cartridges it'd probably be heavier

But the new question is: Which one is more fun to shoot?

FYI, I only own 12 percussion revolvers as the vast majority of my collection are cartridge firearms so apologies for the repeats of the same fire arm with different background and accessories. Thought I'd do my part to give you your daily gun porn fix.

Hands down, the Walker! I've fired 40+ rounds out of my Walker at a single session, but I've fired a friends D.E. 50 and 2 mags was all I wanted to shoot!, He seemed to want to shoot my Walker more than his toy too!

I like the pictures! Keep them coming.

What grips are on the one with the bandana?

Dunno...some smokey black grips that came with my pre-owned Ruger Blackhawk .357 Mag. They're nice but they lack the Ruger medallion. And, they have a slight olive green tinge to them when you see them in person.

I know this isn't a BP but I think these are the same type of grips?

Your's look to be more brownish in direct sunlight. My Ruger grips are definitely black/ebony with very subtle hints of gray in the grain. And, the non-Ruger grips while appearing to be smoky definitely have the olive-green tinge. These are XR3-Red grips. Here's a comparison.
