Gun With the Highest "Cool Factor"

I think I need to ad an m16 to my list. A Vietnam era one; Carrying handle, fixed stock, the whole nine yards. To me, it's cooler than most modern ARs; maybe just how sleek it is. Oh and also a ten round magazine, it makes it more of a rifle than an "assault weapon"

I know I'm breaking my own rule here, but there's just so many to choose from. I'm adding a winchester model 1890 in .22 short to my list, it's practically suppressed.:)

Luger P08 is my number one, that's why have two.

Other contenders:
Barrett 82A1
Thompson 1921
M1 Garand
1911

Anything belt fed has got a little bit extra something for me...Never gotten to handle on, couldn't afford to shoot one anyways, but dang....I can't think of anything I'd rather do firearm wise than lay a belt downrange....maybe a .50 at 1000 yards, lol

Swiss straight-pull rifles and Finnish Mosins. Both, in my mind, have a lot of "cool factor" as well as a certain 'old world' feel and panache.

But that might just be me. :)

The kriss is pretty neat.
I also like the fnp 45 with the rd dot and those rectangular supressors
Hk p7 is probably the all time coolest for handguns, really want to try one
Mateba autorevolver cuz why not
Fal has always been a favorite in the rifle category
I also thought the ar18 was ugly but cool in theory
mg 42

Just occured to me that this should be a picture thread, but I'm on my phone :/

I've always liked stainless, nickel and chrome Beretta 92s, 1911s, BHPs, CZ-75s and revolvers with full under lugs; all preferably with wood grips.

A Red Ryder BB Gun with a compass in the stock, and "this thing which tells time"

Hands down its the Browning Automatic Rifle(B.A.R.),it was good enough For Bonnie & Clyde. Tommy Gun real close 2nd

The single coolest gun?

Man, I've been in love with the Colt Peacemaker since I was a little boy.

Specifically, the Colt Single Action Army in 5.5 inch barrel and .45 caliber. Blue/color case hardened.

And you know what?

Imma gonna have one next year, because THIS year I'll have finally paid off all our outstanding bills and loans.

Not a clone. An honest-to-goodness Colt SAA, just as described above.

I'm drooling just thinking about it...

:):)

An original flintlock american long rifle .

Every part hand made and fitted into a curly maple stock to complete a work of art built by the hands of a long ago master of his craft.

What gun do you think is the coolest. It can be any gun you've ever seen, heard of, or own. But it has to be one.

I'm going to break the rules by naming two, because I can't decide which is "cooler". Both are nothing short of legendary and have a history to back it up:

MG42. The maximum amount of firepower in a portable package. Looks mean. Sounds mean. IS mean.

Thompson 1928. No explanations needed.

OK I changed my mind.
