I attended an gunshow on Saturday and was looking for an informal target 9mm auto. This one particualr dealer with a great rep had a Kimber Target 9mm and an H&K USP/SD 9mm. He indicated that the H&K was every bit as accurate as the Kimber. I weighed the various options, attributes and prices and selected the H&K primarily due to past positive experience with a USP 45, the $100 price savings, and the ability to use it as a combat gun as well. I won't be able to shoot it until the weekend, but am curious on your thoughts on this pistol. It has adjustable target grade sights, extended barrel with threads for a flash suppressor, two 15 round clips, nylon case, cleaning kit, pretty much a turn key target rig. I have always heard that the H&K 9mm USP is an exceptional pistol. This was kind of a leap of faith purchase. I hope that for the money, I made the right choice.
