I'm trying to put together a weekly training regimen for myself, and would appreciate any advice, suggestions, or feedback. Round count is pretty important due to ammo supplies. I'd like to limit myself to 150 rounds or so a weekend. Goal is to improve consistency, reaction time on point shooting, and reload drills. These are solo drills so I'm kind of limited on randomness.

Course 1
Round count: 20
15 yards
1x 20 round slow fire group
(NRA instructor pre-qual practice)

Course 2
Round count: 20
8 yards
start each string with 2 magazines, loaded 2 rounds each
5 strings 2 rounds, reload on empty chamber, 2 rounds
Random buzz start (1-10 seconds)
(Goal is lowering split times and slide locked reload times)

Course 3
Round Count: 20
8 yards
start each string with 2 magazines, one with 3 rounds, replacement with one round.
5 strings, 2 rounds, tactical reload with hot pipe, 2 rounds.

Course 4
Round Count: 10
5 yards
Point blank no-aim drill
From holster, draw, 2 shots, back to retention hold
5 strings

Course 5
Round Count: 10
Modified Mozambique point fire retreat drill
5 yards
From holster, draw, 2 shots unaimed while walking backwards, one shot aimed (all center of mass)
5 strings

Course 6
Round count 30
Long range multiple attacker defensive cover drill.
15 yards
From holster, draw, moving laterally engage two targets with 2 rounds each
(to simulate shooting while moving to cover), kneel behind cover, one more round each target
5 strings, two moving strong side, 3 moving weak side.
(I bet I miss a LOT at first.)

Course 7
Round count 10
8 yards
5 shot group weak hand only
2 strings

Course 8
Round count 10
8 yards
5 shot group strong hand only
2 strings

Course 9
Round count 10
25 yards
5 shot group kneeling
2 strings

Course 10
Round count 10
8 yards
Load magazines: 5, 3, 2 rounds
Mix up magazines in bag, holster 2, load 1 (random).
Random start time buzzer (1-10 seconds)
Split time on shots and slide-stop reloads (run dry unexpectedly)
1 strings

Total count 150 rounds
