Help me make a point with a 10/22

In the last assault weapon ban proposed in 2003 or 2004 can't remember which, they specifically named the Ruger 10/22. The reason is that it can take and there are commonly availible 25 round and greater magazines, that and the fact that its semi-automatic.
So go do a search on the library of congress website and you will find a proposed AWB whcih in fact specifically bans the 10/22 by name.
