Help! Problem with lead for bullet casting...

I use a piece of 12-2 copper wire to clear any clogs, any stoppage I use a torch on the nozzle. Of the 3 electric casting pots i've owned the RCBS has been the most touble free.
The Lee and the Lyman I had would leak like a faucet while heating up and I tried every trick in the book to solve the problem but none worked. I run my pot at 650-700 degrees and get very nice looking bullets at that temp. I bought the RCBS about 5 years ago,was at the LGS and it was on the used rack, looked to have never been used and had a little rust on the inside. Looked at the price tag,$125 grabbed it up and it never left my sight untill i paid for and made for the front door.

I have acces to a material that can be pushed onto the nozzles to keep them from "freezing" up.I wish I had thought about it earlier. It makes a world of difference on my Lee pot. I am testing it out to see if it starts to fall of with use or not.
