I was fortunate enough ,to get a Henry Big Boy Steel in 357 last week. The action ,fit & finish Was amazing. The walnut has nicely done checkering, the color of the wood is great. I think it`s only going to better with time. Just thought i'd mention it!

I saw a Henry .22 lever at the gun shop two weeks ago, and the shop owner was boasting that it was the slickest, smoothest lever action he'd ever seen.

After handling it and cycling it, I had to admit that I agreed with him.

Henry's

Both of my sons 32 & 39 own a Henry 22 lr. The times I've shot either one of them I have been impessed with the smoothness of the actions. I can't feel it pick up a round. Feels just like it does when cycled mt. Accuracy has been very good. No problems of any kind. Over all they have been excellent rifles. I'm keeping my eye open for a used Henry, but they are very scarce.

Carbine....lighten up! Give us stupid old buzzards who hate computers and had to be dragged into the 21st century, kicking and screaming, by their sons. I can't seem to figure out how .....
