Step WAY back, and shoot! Fun to blow up, and you don't have to bring the trash back. The animals will eat it for you.

I am sick-and-tired of all the magazine sales and candy sales from these less than legit groups - some "we're raising money so our school can go to DC" or "I go to school here and live around the corner and your neighbor said you would like this..." BULLCRAP!!! Unlike the Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts type of groups, these people are all scam.

I've got family, friends, co-workers and neighbors, whose kids are either in school or recently graduated high school. None of these people's kids have any type of "school sanctioned" sales program wherein they load up a plastic box of wholesale purchased candy and go door-to-door.

We get more door-to-door than I like; most are teenagers selling or purportedly selling candy, etc. as a fund raiser. I suspect that none of them are registered with the city. We also often get petition pushers.

His manner is not what one would expect, and he had been refused sales earlier. He should not have returned. I would report his activities to law enforcement. Did you get a license plate number?

Something is up. If a "salesman" is turned away by a house, why come back? That isn't salesmanship, that is an opportunisitc conman or criminal looking to rob or rape.

I'd get a license plate number next time.
