I have been away for a while as my wifes health isues spiraled out of control and after months of taking her to specialists in Atlanta three days per wek, more sugeries than I can count then three day a week physical therapy my time to post just went down the drain. So now I am back and trying to catch up.

I admit I was one of those guys selling stuff like if was gold during the peak of fhe freak but with needing the cash as I was only able to work 2 days per week and was 100% sure all would normalize me and some of the online selling sites became good friends. I got called every name in the book but I have thick skin and needing cash flow for hotel room near hospital, missed work and second/third opinions selling components and my surplus of chinese rifles it was a God send during our time of need.

My wife is doing much better and I have time to get back in the game. Last week went into my favorite brick and mortar to see cases and cases of primers marked at 150 per 5,000. Since that was much less than I was selling for decided to put my inventory back to pre panick prices. Did a little bargaining with shop owner as he stocked heavy expecting the run to continue. He had 5,000count cases at 150.00. I made him an offer to buy 12 cases anx be said didnt have room to negotiate on a dozen cases. I upper my offer to 25 cases and his demeanor cbanged. Admitted Chrismas was going a bit slow and reducing inventory before taxes hit would not be bad. I ended up purchasing 30 5,000 count cases for 115.00 each in popular sizes. So based on the peanut galleries opinion is that decent? Still a lot less than what K was selling for and rotated my old stock. 150k primers puts back a little over half of what i sold with a profit of ~50 per 1,000. Now i just need one more powerbuy to get inventory back to pre sandy hook. Doing same with a lot of items. Powder has dropped skgnificantly along with scrap lead for casting. Was this price on primers a bargain, market or did I get screwed. I have purchased half the rifles i sold back but upgraded to better rifles and looks like I will put all my inventory back but with better stuff and 2/3 the money invested.

Managed to score a full bullef swaging kit too. Leaves me with better guns, fresher inventory and my 1st gen 3+ scope. How did yall turn out? Looks like thelocals that freaked with their credit cards, maxed them and are now taking their whipping. Is this normal now? I have to get back up for the next freak. Each one increases my inventory without hurting my invested capital.
