The Scorpion Carbine builds on the lauded submachine gun platform with a
16.2" barrel fitted with a faux suppressor built specifically for CZ-USA by
SilencerCo. Fit with the factory's right-folding adjustable stock, the
carbine features a number of US-made parts to make it fully 922(r)
compliant. The firearm features a forend covered in M-LOK attachment points
to keep the profile slim while still being big enough to swallow most
pistol-caliber suppressors should the owner decide to convert it into an
SBR for use with a suppressor.
Low-profile aluminum fully adjustable
aperture and post sights round out the platform with 4 rear aperture sizes,
and a top Picatinny rail allows the mounting of a wide number of optics.
Simple and reliable, the Scorpion not only has ambidextrous controls, its
non-reciprocating charging handle is swappable and reach to the trigger is
adjustable.
his model has a FED metal finish and comes with a 20-round magazine.

erm ... AFAIK either the fake suppressor is fixed and thus not swappable or, if it's swappable it is already an SBR.

What am I missing here ?

This is same model but with muzzle brake same barrel length.

They just made the handguard big enough to allow a suppressor to fit inside.
You will have to cut barrel or swap for a pistol barrel to make it a sbr with a form 1.

As an aside... I don’t like faux anything. I don’t buy my wife costume jewelry...I hate faux leather.... if you can’t do the real thing, don’t do it. I got this on trade and figured I would just sell it off since it was worth more than my end of the deal, but I really do like it. I do have a can coming and plan to use it, but I think the aesthetics of this carbine are way enhanced by having the fake on there. To be honest, if I had to choose between my Sig MPX and this CZ, I’d choose the CZ.
