I hope you don't find this rude of me, but I have a personal question to ask...

You won't find any reading material in my bathroom. I go in there to do several things, one of which is not reading! Pee uuuu!

When I want to read I go into my den and sit in MY chair, sip my bourbon on the rocks and read.

No reading material except product labels in my bathroom. I prefer to get in, do my business and get out ASAP with no distractions (I've also lived in a college dorm for 75% of the last three years, so that partially influences my habits).

Now if you want something to forget you ever read, at least one person on Ar15.com has admitted to having used their laptop (with wireless internet access) to post on Ar15.com while on the crapper. :barf: [Edit:] Oops, should have read the rest of the thread first (I only read the first page), Jesse H already owned up to that one. Good thing there's no way odor can go through the internet... :p

The Federalist Papers, a book of quotes by noted conservatives, latest issue of America's First Freedom. These important tomes are in the "Man's Bathroom". In the basement of course. This ideal room also contains a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and adult malt beverages, a shelf containing some fine single malts scotches and a jug of Beam Black along with with some "proper glasses" for containing same. This "throne room" also contains an old leather chair, a stereo system, a multi-purpose sink, and a shower. The walls are covered by original oil artwork done by my granddad, my father, my wife and an original mixed media done by an elderly gentleman of some notoriety from the island of Martinique. The view from the window encompases an 800 acre lake. Gun safe nearby......Sigh.......Could a man ask for anything more?

grampster  :D

I skipped over a bunch of the comments, so if the topic has shifted, I apologize.

Upstairs, you might find a copy of The Federalist Papers, or whatever I am currently reading ("The War of the Worlds", "The Time Machine", and "Guns, Crime and Freedom").

Downstairs, there might be a copy of American Rifleman, and anything else I'm reading (I think there's a book on linear algebra, right now).

Some Guns & American Handgunner for the pretty pictures.
A few issues of SWAT.
An old Motorcyclist and Car & Driver or two.
A couple of issues of Reason magazine.

You wouldn`t find anything. Being the only male in a one bath house I dont want anything in there that would cause the wife and daughter to spend any more time then they already do!

nothing readable..unless you like to read cigarrette packs.!!

Here in Peru gun mags come with about a 8 month delay, and we can not get any of the american ones, only the ones from Argentina. ARMAS and MAGNUM are both my favorite

I've got no reading material in the bathroom. Sorry, dude. You'd have to grab something off a bookshelf or such first, at which point there's tons to pick from; I live with six other guys (all of whom are conservative Christians, by the way).

In MY bathroom you could read the label or instructions on any of several Female "Things", like make-up, nail polish, perfume, or Toothpaste, deodorant, mouthwash, etc. If you're snoopy enough to look under the cabinets... well, do so at your own risk.
In the MAN'S bathroom, don't ask, don't tell is my policy. I haven't even looked in there in months. Not my business.
Holly;)

A-I would not meet you at my house unless I knew you well.

B-I would not show you any firearms, and if you became a pest I would invite you to leave, just before I turned the rotweiller and the 5 chihuahuas loose on you.

C-There is nothing to read in our facilities. We do, however, have indoor plumbing. Threw out the old Sears Roebuck catalog when we moved the outhouse inside the house and hooked up the running water. We even have hot water and soft, rolled paper in the john.

D-Welcome to Wyoming. Now get out of here and go home. Wherz my meds?
