That's too bad. As a cz52 owner I feel your pain. It's a nice pistol and I even have the 9mm barrel for it but it doesn't see the light of day. I have better 9mms and what's left of my surplus 7.62x25 isn't that fun to shoot.

I find this thread rather "amusing". I'm trying to get somebody to convert a more modern 9mm to 7,62x25 for me.

I'd love to have a Hi-Power/CZ 75/whatever in 7.62x25. Seems you have the opposite problem I have, albeit yours is solvable. Mine I suspect is a "pie in the sky"
