I've shot 3 matches under the new (version .2) rule book, including the AZ State Match. It makes for a much smoother flowing match as it takes a lot of the "judgement call" away from the SO. Didn't have a Cover Call all day at the State Match
The largest hurdle at local matches is getting the shooters up to speed on the changes...when they are trying to be "helpful"
The largest impact will be on stage designers determining target and default line placement...I guess a tangent seems like a foreign term to some folks
