It's not totally out of the blue, as Larry Vickers has been saying for years, if he had to do it over he would have recommended a 1 second instead of half.

I understand that is Mr Vickers' story.
But the original Vickers Count scoring was .3 sec/point; almost immediately revised to .5 sec/point.
Did the BoD overrule him? Has his opinion changed?

Im pretty sure he said "if I had it to do over again" indicating a change of heart. Saw that a long time ago so just my recollection.
