It's a common practice to use the factory mag to maintain the concealability and also carry a larger capacity mag as a spare/backup just in case the fan is on high.

Not sure why they haven't come out with a drum for hi point carbine's. They would make a killing!

Might be fun to shoot if it works. Might not be real practical. But nothing wrong with fun.

Drums are hard to design to work properly, expensive to make, and quite large. Sticks are more reliable, easier and cheap to make, and can carry a large of them.

Why do you think firearms designers and militarizes quit using them?

This whole thread is making me giggle.
I can see the "why not" end.
And the "why" end.
I admit to probably blown more cash on dumber things, but I just can't come up with any at the moment.

For those (not me) that increase their carry based on anticipated threat.
"I'm going to _____ (bad area) better take the drum mag".
Convenient that criminals/psychopaths do not enter "good" areas, especially during daylight. (not)

Probably not real, but it's not that big of a deal if it is. I'm in the "Why Not" camp.... Everyone is making comments under the assumption that that someone would EDC this thing or something... It's seems like something people buy just for the cool factor and to have fun with at the range... What's the big deal or is so stupid about that? Some are over thinking it...

Not something I'd pay $80 for, but I'd pick one up second hand if I could just for ghits and siggles...

Or you shoot three gun....

I bought a 30 round magazine for my BHP. I think I've used it three times in the last 12 years?

Probably some anti-gun politician like Kevin de Leon bought all of them , for his next "this is a GHOST carry. It conceals a 30 caliber drum clip that can fire it's whole inventory within a second"

I don’t care about the 30 round mag but I checked and pro mag will be making standard capacity magazine also, which should be nice considering the Sig offerings are around $45.

Except the sig mags will actually work.. promags are a good replacement for toilet paper.

I have other pro mags that work well enough for use at the range. I’ve got Sig 10, 12 and 15 rounders for carry if ever needed.
