Lifelong Californian here, escaping soon. IMHO, you have zero worries about Californians EVER being allowed to legally possess suppressors. The California state legislature has ignored the Constitution, civil rights and SCOTUS for decades. So that puts lots of suppressors back in the pool, based on the OPs projections ;-)
