IMR 4198 hang fires

All my reloads are brass cases, S&B, Hornady, PMC, Norma and Fiocchi. This has not been an issue with Hornady brass as the primer pocket uses Small Rifle.
Ok. I meant your factory ammo could be steel cased. I took it for granted that your reloads were brass.
Since all your factory ammo was brass. I'm going to eat crow and agree with @South Prairie Jim .
I have several rifles that will not reliably fire Magnum primers. They are reliable with standard primers except Fiocchi.

Berrys 123 grain spire point which has a 2000 fps upper limit.
Powder is IMR 4198, 22.2 grains which chrono’d right at 2000 fps
OAL = 2.134”
OK... minimum (but normal) load

In all my years of handing primers w/ all sorts of hands/fingers with residual anything on them,
never had an impact. So I'd suggest the following in order:
1. Try again double checking flash hole clear
2. Tilt rifle up before firing/ensure powder against primer
3. Change primers to any others you might have and test
4. Change to any other powder you might have and test

Hang fires/click bang have always been powder related for me.
Old military surplus 30-06 ammo & H450 reloads have caused them for me in years past.

1. The OP animal fat case sizing lube may be getting inside the washed brass, contaminating powder. Dawn Ultra cuts grease & 2 drops is added to the citrus blend.
2. Pins in flash holes is a new problem, online.
3. Plated bullets are soft & may not produce the minimum bullet pull of 35 pounds. Military spec for 5.56 ammo. If neck tension is to light, bullets move to soon on primer firing. This causes a 2nd pressure spike & possible delayed firing..

Changes to be made/try. Clean brass with the citrus formula. Use RCBS 2 case lube. Use a normal jacketed bullet or increase neck tension.

My best guess.

And Citrus- measure 7 fluid ounces of the powder out (1 cup minus two level tablespoons), and add that to a gallon of water. Dawn Ultra, 2 drops to a quart* of liquid. http://www.dudadiesel.com/search.php?query=citric&affiliate_pro_tracking_id=17:36:
