Is Shooting Lead in my backyard really dangerous?

Folks,

If he's just shooting on his land he's not going to have a problem unless he's teaching daily classes all the time. He'd not generate enough volume even with acidic environmental conditions since his well should have an isolation casing down to bedrock (unless his well sat at the bottom of a little valley and his backstop was the head of the valley).

If you're looking for data to convince your wife that you are right and she is wrong, you have already lost! Take it like a man.

HSO is correct.

I would think about a backstop of some sort to concentrate it so I would be able to smelt it down again after a long time shooting.

Keep shooting. Many more dangerous things to worry about (like driving to work).
