Mr. Lee, two words: "Remington 1740". Search on those here, as its designer is a THR'er...
could seriously see accidents happen if LEOs attempt to use this with bean bags in one tube and live rounds in the other....
Looks like a piece of garbage if you ask me.
Since the UTS 15 is manufactured in Turkey & marketed as a combat shotgun there is no "sporting use" and therefore can't be imported.
For everyone suggesting lethal rounds in one tube and less-lethal (not less than lethal) rounds in the other tube, that is a horrible idea.
It's supposed to be fully ambi and it the shells eject downwards.Well, being a hunter and preferring hunting arms, I'm not interested. I could finally get that BPS 10 gauge if I had that kinda scratch. Just wondering, though, being a southpaw shooter (one reason to love the BPS) is that thing southpaw capable? Most bullpups, even if I liked 'em (they balance horribly) would mess up my face.
For people, yes. But not for animals. I've been running into a lot of black bear that I don't want to have to kill, but they can be pushy beasts. Trying to dig out spray and have a lethal backup handy at the same time is all but impossible in a pinch. But if this can truly deliver a bean bag to ward off the mother black bear or cub, then swap to slugs for the followup, I could actually get some use out of it. A screwup on the tubes would be unfortunate, but hardly a tragedy.
