That second one down from the top has me stumped tho..?

Thanks. That one is a skin and membrane cutting blade. You make a small hole where its (blunt) tip can be pushed through and the just cut the whole skin wide open with one swift pull with near zero risk of cutting into anything inside. The concave blade between the tip and handle is razor sharp at approximately 20° angle. A fantastic tool, I also have a folding double knife with a similar blade on one side for field duty.
