Tripods are not terrible to move around if you prep your area well (clear our leaves that can make noise) and are shooting minute of deer, and they are very stable

This tripod is sturdy but well priced at $140, for hunting this tripod and a one of their recommended ball heads or even just a sandbag will be stable enough for 99% of hunting out to about 300yds, probably more stable than a tall bipod or shooting sticks
