Look out hickok45

You men need to stop watching videos of little girls on the YouTube, no matter what they're doing.
I agree. Hickok45 doesn't need to "look out". He adds his own unique perspective. A child shooting is something that doesn't need a channel. What are you gaining? Novelty. Kids need proper training and full attention, not some guy with a camera looking to make a buck on a small person hitting targets.

I'm 74 and have been around firearms since 15 years old. I think she out shoots me. Splitting cards, splitting bullets on ax, She Knows her gun saftey, has shot everything from single shot to full auto and only 8 years old. By the time this kid is 15, if she keeps going the way shes going, She will put all of us to shame. Yeah, her dad is probably a guy with a camera looking to make a buck. But, you got to give it to her. Shes been shooting since she was two year old. Shes likes shooting, She safe . And, She Good. And, Company sponsors send her guns and ammo to use in her vedios. You know a company has to have Full confidence in her and her dad to put guns and ammo in a kids hands. Kids need training and full attention? Sure does. And so do adults

Hickok is the OG of YT firearm videos/channels. His content will always be a staple and I can't even fathom how many people cut their teeth and got their first firearm based on his channel and his rapport with his viewers. It's always refreshing to see a young kid, especially a young girl with skills and her ability to make content that will be relatable to other youngn's who will eventually be the activists/stewards of 2A rights and shooting sports......

I appreciate her skills in the video I've seen. She's stovepiping a bit and saying "ooh" like the firearm is hot to the touch though. Maybe he could put down the camera or phone and help out with that. The more a young person needs to manipulate and clear these things, the more likely something bad could happen. All I'm saying is put down the phones from time to time. Not everything needs to be exploited on a YouTube channel.

I agree. I would like to see Hickok and this girl do a video together. I think that us old folks most important job is to blaze a trail for the young to follow untill they become old enough, experienced enough and wise enough to blaze their own. So lets not pitch one against the other.

With the way YouTube has been demonetizing firearms-oriented videos, especially videos showing little children using guns, I be surprised if they are making very much money. Firearm sponsors usually provide ammo and loaner guns and that is about it.
Her dad apparently has taught her well in firearm safety. A lot of adults need to watch her and learn.
If she has a passion for shooting and doesn't discover boys in a few years, I believe that we may see her at the top of the heap in future competitions. As far as dad exploiting her, I won't make that jump without knowing him, but I would be proud as everything to have a child with that amount of concentration and aptitude for shooting. I think I would do the same thing and spotlight my child and her accomplishments.

Just happened to come across on youtube. Autumm Armory. Look out hickok45, seems to be my new hero.

Been following her for awhile now ... she's a hoot. There's one video she did, I'll try to find it, where she was two-gunning and she emptied one, tossed it, and kept going with the other then did this big cheesy smile. I genuinely lol'd when she did it.

My 8 year old granddaughter thinks she's the whoop.

I wish more pro-2A videos were shared of young people enjoying the sport. Lord knows the anti-2A folks have put more than their share of anti-2A propaganda out there ... they've got Elmo on their side.

I'm all for this young lady reaching out and taking advantage of her love of the game ... and I hope she makes a ton of money off of it ... enought to put her through college, pay for her first house and help her raise a huge massive family in comfort when she comes of age.

God bless her and her family. Thank God we still live in a free country.

I've been subscribed for a couple years. A very positive role model, and she has to be a thorn in the anti-gunner's sides.

See, I disagree there. She's more than safe enough to learn to start clearing some malfunctions by herself, but Dad has been doing it for the most part. She tends to jam Glocks, and she knows why. It will come with age and growth.

I do agree they could and should work on that off camera.

Just was reading an article where the left, hate, envy and greed crowd are saying she should not be allowed to shoot. But thats the way they are. To them a kid is something that should have been scraped out of the mothers womb and thrown in the trash before even seeing the light of day and taking a breath of fresh air. Just a matter inconvenience.

On the flip side we also need our position known. The more the merrier IMO, especially on an "anti" site.
If that comes via a pint sized tot or a retired teacher, so be it
That and there is an entirely new world that has emerged from the the WWW. Things have come a long way in the last ¼ century, we have gone from an awful 5-10 minute long process of connecting to the interweb, the horrendous dial up sound while you were booting up your PC, "you've got mail!". Whoa, my computer just told me I have mail, it knows, it spoke!!!, to people uploading their entire lives across 5-6 different platforms and reality (real life) is a peripheral, uncomfortable secondary existence and their presence on social media is their primary means of existing. The times aren't just changing, they've changed radically faster than alot of us probably would have predicted.

It stands to reason that alot of the next generation will know their way around these platforms and if they are there to promote the 2A and other viewpoints I agree with, all the better. There is a growing trend on these platforms to shut these viewpoints down so I don't expect to see Hickok and all the other great channels around all that much longer, I hope I'm wrong, I'd love to see this young lady's channel thrive and be able to track her progress and watch the content evolve and develop but I think the powers that be are gunning for us so my expectations are tempered.

If they do "Shut these viewpoints down" it will be no others fault but ours. If we can't Stand for our own Rights and Freedoms No one else can or Will.

Disagree. We need to be welcoming to new, young shooters and while I personally love watching Hickok, my kids hate when I start watching that "rambling old man" as my wife calls him. And hickok is far better than many of the other douchy gun channels out there featuring middle aged white men with beards and arm tattoos and tight shirts pretending they're all operators. Kids don't want to watch any of that crap.

Youtube is the new TV, my kids spend 90% of their TV time on Youtube over normal network programming. Most of it is content featuring kids their own age so I think it's great that someone has taken the time to teach their kid gun safety well enough that she can bring young shooters into our world. I'm going to save this girls channel and watch a few video's with my 7 year old daughter and see if she likes it.
