This looks like someone took a WWII rifle and cobbled it together in a basement.

I think it has potential by necking down the larger case to 50 BMG.

Nah, not that impressive. There`s probably at least 20 guys over on Sniper`s Hide that could make that shot. All you have to do is ask them! All you need is a Tikka in 6.5 CM.
