Makarov holster search

I’ve seen a surplus holster for Makarovs, it’s almost a skeleton type of leather, with a button strap that goes around the grip around the palm swell. Is it Russian? A tanker style holster?
I’m looking for one but can’t seem to ID it’s origin.

I don't know anything about them, but I thought being able to see one might help people answer your question. I found it by doing a Google image search for the words skeleton makarov holster. That also found pictures of the same style of holster made for Tokarevs and Polish P-64's.

I have to say not pleased with buymilsuplus.com

I ordered the holster. Paid online. I get a confirmation.

A week plus or so later I get a refund notice, so I assume he’s out of the holster. No email or other info sent.

Nope- apparently he decided to relist it at double the price now.

So I guess his business model is to see what sells, then void the sale if he realizes he can sell it for more.

Sorry, EmGeeGeorge. I've never done business with them. I just linked to their website because they had the best picture of the skeletonized Makarov holster that I could find in a hurry.

I appreciate that- I was kinda bummed cause I ordered it and then another came up on a bid site. Didn’t bid as I was expecting one.
