Did you try calling them?I agree. I just tried ordering one single item and it kept saying it couldn't add it to the cart, cart wouldn't open. The item was in stock too which I don't get.

You gotta be kidding..use that old fashioned thing rather than 'social media'....Did you try calling them?
Not bashing Midway because I am never in a rush for what I order ...but......
I ordered a few things June 7th or so and got an email notice that it had shipped June 8th. Projected delivery was June 12th. As of the evening of Monday June 15th I received nothing
So I checked the tracking number and it seems that it was shipped UPS and at some point they turned it over to the USPS. The online inquiry that I made about its status basically said we cannot help you on the whereabouts of your order.
It showed up in my mailbox last night June 18th. Not good. But it is the Post Office....I still might call them to suggest that they might change something to get orders delivered quicker.
Many years ago I ordered from Midway, and they returned to sender after getting to my door. They didn't knock, they left a label saying "unable to deliver will be returned to sender", with a number to call. UPS then told me I could pick it up at their Redmond WA distribution hub by the end of the business day, 30 miles away. Those from the area know how much fun that drive is. When I got there, UPS told me that Midway has some very strange contract rules for delivery. In this case, my address was similar but not identical to my old address, and that was a "red flag" and Midway required the delivery not be made. They never mention this in the order process, but I confirmed it was at the time their policy.Yep UPS absolutely screwed up two deliveries from Midway in the last two months. The packages got to within 10 miles of me and then were returned to sender for no reason.
Over the last month Midway has shipped several of my orders within 24 hours. They are back up to full speed.
Thanks for the tip Hartkopf! That is a common problem and the easiest fix is to add a single box of ammo to your order. The package will then stay with UPS all the way to your door.

It's always longer, but I know that up front. If it goes SurePost
UPS Mail Innovations stinks, not just from Midway. It is the worst way to get anything. The hangup always seems to be the hand off from UPS to USPS. I've had packages sit at the post office for days waiting to be "accepted". Maybe the time period that USPS has to get the package only starts to run upon "acceptance"?
I wish UPS Mail Innovations would go away.
I've had good service from Midway, except for packages sent UPS Mail Innovations. Midway ships it quickly and then it's a guessing game when it will arrive. I'm sure many of us are spoiled by Amazon.

I'm a former postal worker. The USPS doesn't warehouse stuff. It hits the dock and it's in the system. That "acceptance" delay is on the UPS end. They handle it that way so it looks like the USPS is the hangup.
At the office I worked in UPS dropped that stuff off in the afternoon and we delivered it the next day.
