The last post I read about military heritage muzzleloaders was dated 2018.

Do any of you have first-hand experience ( Not what you have read or what you were told; but have actually experienced yourself ) with the current (2020-2021) quality of these India manufactured and imported muzzleloaders?

Thanks for your input.

While a search shows there's some recent discussion about guns from Military Heritage on the Muzzle Loading Forum, it's difficult to generalize about the quality of all of their models because they make so many different ones and who knows how old they are?
Some could be sitting on the shelf for years while others are new production.
It's not like they have a date code.
Plus since every gun is hand made each can have unique characteristics.

From what I gather from recent posts, the Military Heritage guns should be considered to be a kit gun that needs to be tuned.
One guy posted in Oct. 2020 that his French Fusil De Chase from Military Heritage had a really heavy trigger pull.

"Does this mean that the Prussian flintlock pistol I got from Military Heritage in Canada is a piece of junk ? I've bought a couple of their muskets before with great satisfaction. I just got the pistol and haven't done anything to it yet. It looks great and has excellent spark. Should I just sell it ? If so, where and how ?"

If I were going to buy an India made gun, I would probably buy it from Loyalist Arms based on wanting to buy a gun in shooting condition out of the box and reputation.
