I haven't tried MBC specifically, but I have tried several of the coated lead bullets and they do reduce fouling and leading with no perceptible performance difference. You do have to flare your casing a bit more and be careful to set the bullet straight when seating or you shave the coating and that may affect accuracy a bit. For the minimal extra cost, I am a fan of coated bullets and am working through my plain lead til it's gone. If I find coated .32 bullets, I won't be using plain lead for any caliber.
