Since he supports banning civilian guns with handgrips that stick out, as well as all civilian guns holding more than 10 rounds, that's 100% anti-second-amendment in my book. Sarah Brady herself would "allow" me to own a bolt-action hunting rifle with a traditionally shaped stock.
