Mossberg MVP Mag Well in a Mossberg Patriot

Does anyone know if it's possible to use an MVP magwell in a Patriot, assuming caliber is the same? Might need to swap stocks as well?

No, the bolt is different. The .308 family MVP bolt has two protrusions on the bottom of the bolt to strip rounds from the magazine, and the .223 MVP has a hinged drop down on the bolt face for the same reason.
