I've waited for this thing for a looong time....
It's an STG58 kit gun built on a DSA type II all steel receiver with a custom 18" barrel. It's a brand-new gun I had made specifically to my own specifications. It took 15 weeks for it to get here, mainly due to DSA's huge waiting list and constant downtime with receiver milling machines, but it was WELL Worth it. I put 90 rounds through it today. After putting 25 through it, I go home, field strip it, and then my friend shows up and he wants to go shoot it now! Well, we end up taking nearly all my guns (12 gauge coach gun, 9mm CZ, Mosin, nad the FAL) and have a GREAT time. We filled up old milk jugs with water and set them at various distances. I shot a few cans first while he blasted away with my CZ, then when half the ammo for each gun's mag was used, we switched. Sharing is a good thing.
He ends up going WAY overboard, because he's having too much of a "blast" shooting the thing! He blows up nearly every single jug of water before I can get it out of his hands and let me take the last two down! What a stream of water, the horror, the horror.
Then we set up full cans of Coca Cola, shaken of course, and blew those up with the Mosin. When that thing hits, dear God, the can disapears! Well, in the spray of carbonated beverage, it sorta just gets blown in two and two sides go to each side of the road. He would only shoot my 6 pound 12 gauge with birdshot, haha, sissy.
Ok, enough of me rambling. Time for pretty pictures. Quality isn't that great, and it was dark outside by the time I stood still long enough to take these pictures.
